Twin-wall polypropylene sheets (PP)

Whether twin-wall sheets or CON-Pearl®, for example, the selection of materials takes place individually and is always based on the packaging assignment. In order to illustrate differing degrees of stiffness, we offer our twin-wall sheets in various thicknesses and weight in relation to the surface area. The primary color of CON-Pearl® is gray. In principle, other colors are available as well – the electrically conductive version (ESD)is available in black only.

Our twin-wall sheets can be processed using nearly all kinds of technologies: computer-aided cutting and stamping, patented thermoforming, welding, bonding and mechanical joining.
