  • 01 Stocktake and assessment

    We check the condition and functionality of your load carriers either on site, digitally or in our works. We value what needs to be done and whether or not it will be economical for you.

  • 02 Planning & Design

    Based on the analysis we will detail purpose build solutions. CAD supported designs and detailed rebuilt plans guarantee their optimum suitability for your requirements.

  • 03 Disassembly

    Before commencing we strip the load carrier down to individual parts. Reusable components are set aside and damaged parts disposed of correctly.

  • 04 Repair & Replace

    Defective elements are replaced by new made-to-measure parts. Lightly damaged elements are carefully repaired to full functionality.

  • 05 Adaptions & Modification

    We equip your load carrier with new parts and improved properties – for instance specific transport requirements or more efficient storage.

  • 06 Completion & Quality Check

    On completion of the repair and rebuild, the load carriers are put through a stringent quality check to guarantee the maximum functions and long-life.
