The development process of our packaging follows clear principles and procedures that are exactly designed to fulfil the requirements of both customer and parts. With technical precision and creative solutions, our made-to-measure packaging fulfils all logistical and functional needs.

Creative Construction and Master Technicians

We are experts in the realisation of demanding projects.

Our construction engineers are specialists on all current CAD programs. They check every component part and data according to the stringent requirements of TISAX certification, integrating these carefully into every packaging solution. Every small detail is taken into consideration ensuring the packaging is perfect and in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

Process of Packaging Development

Development and Production

The development of packaging consists of six defined steps. This process guarantees that every packaging system is produced exactly to your requirements and those of the parts it protects.

  • 01 Requirement Analysis

    We receive from you the 3D model of the part(s) that require packaging. Ideally, we would appreciate the availability of a load log that would allow us to study your specific requirements and expectations. The intensive exchange with you and, if possible, with the manufacturer of items so that we can exactly identify the needs and challenges.

  • 02 Concept

    Based on the information gathered, we develop concepts and create initial presentations. These drafts are refined in close collaboration with you. Your feedback and our expertise are continuously incorporated into the optimisation process.

  • 03 Prototype

    The development of a prototype can be through classical 3D sample model or 3D drawing. The prototype will then be extensively tested to prove that the requirements for build parts and your expectations have been fulfilled. Various materials and construction methods will be used in this phase. It will then be checked whether the build components in the packaging have been safely stored and that the packaging for transport fulfils all conditions.

  • 04 Evaluation

    You check that the prototype is practical in use, protects the parts stored as well as the efficiency of the packaging and let us have your feedback. Eventual adaptations and optimisations will be made in order to ensure everything meets your required ideal packaging solution.

  • 05 Final Drawing

    As soon as the prototype is approved, we will prepare detailed drawings. These will include all necessary information for the production of the packaging. In addition, a list of parts will be produced that will enable the required materials to be listed and ordered. This step will signify that the full specification has been clearly defined and documented.

  • 06 Production

    After release of the drawings and parts list, the series production of the parts can begin. We monitor the production process very carefully to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of your load carriers which we will then deliver to you.

How long a load carrier lasts, what it is made of, whether a broken part can be replaced on its own: none of that can be fixed afterwards. It is settled while the design takes shape. So we start from your requirements, including the ones your own customers pass down to you, and choose materials, connections and construction accordingly.

You also get a record. Every project ends with a drawing and a parts list showing exactly what went into the load carrier. If someone asks about materials or reuse five years from now, the answer is on file.
