From anti-slip mats to fleece, laminates offer a multitude of possibilities. The protection of cavity plates or part connections made to suit their needs as well as sensitive parts and surfaces. Simultaneously, laminations fulfil a functional use of cushioning sensitive parts not only enabling greater stability but also easier handling. Laminations can be cut to suit, some self-adhesive or by using hot-melt adhesive for additional bonding. This forms the outer appearance as well as protection optimising the functionality of the load carrier.

Our methods with foam products enable us to work with highest precision to meet your requirements. With the help of CAD supported technology and machines with five axes enabling the realisation of complex geometrical shapes, supported by applications such as sawing, milling, glueing and welding. Foam materials are available in various densities. High density product is used for stiffness and hardness whereby the less dense ones produce flexible and softer properties.
