Using specially developed software, we have been able to reduce our waste from the twin wall sheets by 20%. This saves valuable resources and dramatically reduces the production costs. Less material, less waste – an advantage for the environment and our customers. Reduction of material use is our primary and basic step in our holistic approach for sustainability. With precision planning and the most modern technology we ensure use of our raw materials to be as efficient as possible.

Every load carrier is manufactured under the most robust technical production and energy saving conditions. Thanks to our modern in-house-production facilities we can produce practically all components ourselves and thereby significantly reducing CO2 emissions. Through the continuing optimisation of our processes, we combine the highest standards of quality with lasting technology. The results are not only visibly efficient production processes but also an active contribution to climate protection.

Our most modern in-house recycling technology is the basis for the virtual complete reuse of all waste. Our recycling system makes it possible for us to use almost 100% of our waste: 80% is put directly back into production, the rest is sent to other plastic recycling facilities in granulated form. The recycling process is the central building block of our sustainable strategy. Industrial production and protection of the environment work extremely successfully in partnership – for a future-orientated, responsible production.
